Trial Membership

Announcing a limited time Trial Membership Program! Are you unsure if the Army Navy Country Club fits your familyís lifestyle? To help you make this important decision, ANCC is offering a Trial Membership for a limited time. This Membership gives you the privilege of using the Golf, Tennis, Fitness, Swim and Dining facilities to see if the Army Navy Country Club is right for you and your family. Space is limited, so contact the Membership Office for further details and to see if you qualify. Applicants must be eligible for Membership under one of the Membership Categories listed on the FAQs page.

Resident Member

Discounted Dues for Resident Members under 35 years of age.

A Resident Member of the ANCC is one who lives within the Maryland counties of Montgomery or Prince Georges; the Virginia counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun, or Fauquier, or the City of Alexandria; the District of Columbia; or one who otherwise declares his intention to be a Resident Member.

Social Member

A Social Member is authorized to participate in all Club activities except for Golf and Tennis. Social Members may attend and participate in Club meetings but are not voting Members. Social Members may upgrade to Resident, Inactive, or Absent Membership by paying the difference in Initiation Fees.

Inactive Resident Member

An Inactive Resident Member of the Club is one who lives within the residential limits listed above. An Inactive Member does not have any Club privileges. Inactive Resident Members may purchase from the Pro Shops and take lessons from Golf and Tennis Pros with use of Club facilities limited to those lessons, or they may come as the Guest of Members with Club privileges.

Absent Members

An Absent Member of the Club is one who resides beyond the residential limits of the Club. While in Absent status, a Member may use Tennis, Aquatics, Golf, and the Fitness Center up to 15 days per calendar year. An Absent Member may use dining facilities at any time, purchase merchandise from the Pro Shops, and take lessons from Golf and Tennis Pros (with use of Club facilities limited to those lessons) without being charged against the 15-day limitation. A penalty up to one monthís Resident dues may be charged for each day of any Club facilities used in excess of 15 days.

Junior Members

  • JUNIOR A - Unmarried children age 16 to 23 of a Life, Resident, Social, Honorary, or Temporary Member. No dues are charged for this category of Junior Membership.
  • JUNIOR B - Unmarried children under age 16 of a Life, Resident, Social, Honorary, or Temporary Member. No dues are charged for this category of Junior Membership.
  • JUNIOR C - Unmarried grandchildren and great-grandchildren under age 23 of a Life, Resident, Social, Honorary, or Temporary Member, provided the parents of such grandchildren or great-grandchildren do not reside within the residential limits of the Club.

No dues are charged for Junior Membership.
